Planning Service

To ensure your event goes to plan we offer the following service:

Planning consultation and estimate based on the number of guests being catered for and the package chosen.
Site visit to assess the best location for the marquee and auxiliary facilities and to recommend the most appropriate package for you.
Comprehensive Quotecustomised to meet your requirements. This will detail every element that All in One Event Hire will organise from lighting to seating etc.
Pre-event Support to answer any queries that may arise.
Marquee Erection by a team of trained professionals. We allow extra time to ensure every detail is perfect in advance of the event.
On-site Technician at the event to ensure that all elements are operating smoothly, enabling you to relax and enjoy the party (this only applies to large events).
Completion following the event we remove all equipment in a timely and meticulous manner.

Note, all of the marquees used are meticulously designed to the highest European wind-loading and safety standards (the most stringent in Europe) and are erected by a team of trained professionals.

My sons communion will be one to remember for us all. The marquee meant we could invite more family and friends that we would not have been able to facilitate in the house. Hiring the plates and knives and forks and glasses was brilliant as no one had to stand over a sink or dishwasher all day so everyone got to enjoy the day.

The marquee was used well in to the night for some of us “older” crew to sit and have a drink and long overdue catch up.

We had a superb night last night. The compliments were flying as guests were leaving and in particular about the marquee as it did get very cool last night and they welcomed the warm marquee. It looked lovely all set up and with the views out to the garden.

21st Birthday Party

I want to thank you and your staff for making our daughter ‘s 21st party a truly memorable occasion. The guys who put the Marquee up and took it down, were efficient, courteous and obliging. Nothing was a problem. You organised the hire of the dinnerware, glasses and linen, which made for smooth flowing pre-party preparation. You also made recommendations reference the toilets for the gentlemen, which was genius!
