BACKGROUND
We were absolutely delighted to receive word last year that we had been shortlisted as one of the finalists at The 3rd Irish Wedding Awards 2019.
To be shortlisted as one of the “Top 10 Wedding Specialist Suppliers of the Year – Ireland” is a huge achievement and something we are so proud of.
What makes these awards so special is the fact that this nomination came about due to the high number of nominations which we received from the public – our customers & clients. We did not drum up any votes or run any campaigns for this via social media etc so it was a complete surprise and a huge honour.
We were unfortunately not one of the overall winners on the night, but to have been among the best of the best was a win for us!
ABOUT THE AWARDS
The 3rd Irish Wedding Awards 2019 aim to recognise and reward those within the wedding industry that work towards making your big day as perfect as possible, including the caterers that provide delicious reception meals for your wedding, decorators that take care of the wedding venues and make them look like they came straight out of a fairy-tale, DJs and bands that add the extra thrill to the atmosphere and get your guests on the dance floor, hair and makeup artists that make the brides look and feel on top of the world, and many others.
The awards are run by Creative Oceanic who also operate other Wedding Awards in other cities.
ON THE NIGHT
The awards took place on Monday January 28th at The Crowne Plaza Hotel Dublin – Blanchardstown, where Hundreds of businesses and wedding specialists gathered on Monday
The glitzy evening was hosted by the best-selling author and presenter, Andrea Hayes. She presented the awards and acknowledged those who promote excellence in the industry, awarding the efforts and commitment of the very best wedding experts who ensure their customers always receive top services that are second to no-one, making their wedding day the best it could be.
We were unfortunately not one of the overall winners on the night, but as I said, to have been there alone was a win for us!
