- Planning consultation and estimate based on the number of guests being catered for and the package chosen.
- Site visit to assess the best location for the marquee and auxiliary facilities and to recommend the most appropriate package for you.
- Comprehensive Quote customised to meet your requirements. This will detail every element that All in One Event Hire will organise from lighting to seating etc.
- Pre-event Support to answer any queries that may arise.
- Marquee Erection by a team of trained professionals. We allow extra time to ensure every detail is perfect in advance of the event.
- On-site Technician at the event to ensure that all elements are operating smoothly, enabling you to relax and enjoy the party (this only applies to large events).
- Completion following the event we remove all equipment in a timely and meticulous manner.
Note, all of the marquees used are meticulously designed to the highest European wind-loading and safety standards (the most stringent in Europe) and are erected by a team of trained professionals.
